Welcome to AYS Instant-Services (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").

1. App Description
    Our App allows users to book service providers instantly. We are not responsible for the actions or quality of service provided by the service providers. We do not endorse or recommend any particular service provider and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by the service providers.
   
   
2. User Conduct
    You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the App. You agree not to use the App to:

(a) Harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others; (b) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (c) Engage in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to a civil liability; (d) Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App; (e) Introduce viruses or other harmful code into the App or its underlying technology.

3. Privacy Policy
   We respect the privacy of our users. Our privacy policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be found [privacy@appyourserbisyo.ph].
   
   
4. Intellectual Property
   The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the App without our express written consent.
   
   
5. Liability for Services
   (a) We are not responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of the actions or omissions of the service providers or any other third party. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any liability or damage caused by the service providers or any other third party.
   (b) We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for the services provided by the service providers. You acknowledge and agree that you use the services provided by the service providers at your own risk.
   
   
6. Limitation of Liability
   (a) We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App or its contents, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
   (b) You agree that our liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us for the use of the App.
   (c) You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the safety and security of your own valuable belongings and that you assume all risks associated with using the services of the service providers.
   
   
   
7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.
   
   
8. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
   
   
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines.

11. Termination
    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
    
    
12. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deleted and the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
    
    
13. Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.
